How to Join a Medical Marijuana Patients' Network

To date, joining a medical marijuana patients' group is the only truly legal and viable way of obtaining your medicine in the state of Washington.

If you are a patient interested in joining our patients' network, you may initiate the process by faxing us the following documentation:

  1. a copy of your doctor's recommendation;
  2. a copy of your WA State Driver's License or State ID;
  3. current contact information for you;
  4. current contact information for your doctor.

Our fax number is 206-763-9855. You may also scan your paperwork and email it to us. This will allow us to start processing your information; verification takes time. Of course, once you make an appointment with us, you must come in with the original documentation printed on special paper. This allows us to verify the authenticity of your recommendation, condition and identity.

If you qualify for a medical marijuana prescription under the Washington State law, but don't have a doctor's recommendation, send us a brief description of your condition(s). We will contact you with free information about the resources available to you.

If you still don't have a doctor's recommendation, you may need the authorization form to bring with you to the next doctor's appointment. Print this form and ask your doctor to fill it out. If you don't have a doctor, our information on finding a physician may help you find one willing to recommend medical marijuana. It has become a little easier since I-5798 became law on June 10th of 2010.
